Step 1 — Consultation: You visit our Chakrapath showroom and meet with one of our experienced tailors. Step 2 — Measurement: Our tailor takes your measurements — typically 15 to 20 individual measurements for a shirt or suit, covering every relevant dimension of your body. Step 3 — Fabric and Detail Selection: With your measurements taken, we move to fabric selection from our showroom collection, followed by your choices on all style details — collar, cuff, buttons, pockets, and so on. Step 4 — Production and Fitting: Your garment is cut and assembled in our Kathmandu workshop. Production typically takes one to two weeks for shirts and simpler garments, two to three weeks for suits and more complex pieces.
Step 5 — Final Delivery: At your final fitting and collection appointment, you try the completed garment and confirm you are entirely satisfied with the result. We do not charge for any adjustments required at this stage. Your garment is then finished, pressed, and ready to wear.
